Your Welcome Pack includes:

2. Focus on you: questions to begin your journey. Over the next few
months, you might allow yourself to consider the included questions as you prepare
for your individual coaching session and move toward a potentially life-changing journey.
If you like, take some time to write and/or draw in your journal. (If you don't already
have a journal, now might be a good time to start one!)
3. 'Inner' Journey Guidelines.
4. The right baggage! A comprehensive listing of all the items you
need to insure safety, comfort and fun! Based on years of backpacking and sometimes
learning the hard way, this list and our practical insights will
be invaluable!
5. How to reach your destination. Details for when you arrive in
