What makes espresso coffee uniquely different? The taste is because of the use of a special Arabica bean, which is rich and oily together with the roasting of the beans to make them dark. Another distinguishing feature is the fine grinding of the coffee beans. Ultimately , the espresso coffee can only be made using an espresso machine. There are several types of Espresso coffee. The most widely known one is the Italian Espresso, as here is where this coffee was first invented.

A few individuals think this coffee is better tasting with a hint of lemon. Other variations are the Spanish variety and the Vienna.

The Spanish version is also tough in flavour. The second is creamier and milder.
