Payment & Cancellation Policy

Please read this before you register

  • Consider carefully your decision to sign up for an Adventure workshop.

  • Once you have made the decision to do it, make a commitment to yourself, the powerful process and to us.

  • Our deposit policy is designed to support you with this.

From our years of experience, we know that it is common, and even desirable for people to feel some anxiety and resistance before travelling, especially as the date gets closer.
During your preparation time, life may present significant obstacles (real as well as imagined, inner as well as outer) and it may seem impossible for you to proceed with the program.
These apparent obstacles arise quite commonly and we believe that they van be an important part of the experience. These obstacles can be a focus of your 1:1 coaching prior to the trip, if you desire.
We ask, however, that you register only when you are truly committed to going.

Payment

  • You can pay in full or make a deposit.

  • The deposit holds up your place till 60 days before the Adventure workshop unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • The balance is due 60 days before the Adventure workshop unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, unless the Adventure workshop is cancelled.


    Payment options:
    Pay the balance in full 60 days before the adventure.

    • By credit card
    • Bank draft, check, bank transfer to my US bank account.

    If you choose the deposit option you can either pay the remaining balance in full or 4 subsequent payments (includes a US $ 25 admin fee) will be charged toward your balance.

    Cancellation

For the Adventure workshop to go a minimum of 5 participants have to be signed up!

  • 60 days prior to the start date of an Adventure the full fee minus deposit will be refunded.

  • 30 days prior to the start date of an Adventure, 50 % minus deposit can be credited for a later Adventure of the same type or exchanged for coaching.

  • Less than 30 days prior to the start date of an Adventure there is no refund.

    Travel insurance is highly recommended!
  • Please note that if you have travel insurance, you may have coverage for certain life situations, such as illness or deaths in the family. You need to check with your carrier.
